Barnardo’s – Project Me provides various social opportunities in Swindon – term time and holiday time – to young people (including those accessing education in Swindon) aged between 5 – 19 to support their wellbeing; this could be in form of an online youth club, holiday programme, walk and talk.
All of its work is group work and it also provides support in school through assemblies etc.
Some projects are for groups, such as home ed and NEET, but most activities are open for all.
Themes include: mental health / wellbeing, identity and belonging, health and wellbeing, healthy, relationships, creativity and fun, and skills development.
