Have you considered giving British Military Fitness a go but don’t think you’re up to the challenge?
BMF Beginner sessions will improve your health and fitness and help you lose weight whilst working in a group environment with likeminded people. Their ex-military instructors will keep you motivated with expert guidance, lot’s of positive encouragement and plenty of tongue-in-cheek banter.
They hold beginner group sessions at all of our venues and there are beginner classes available at every session.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session lasts for one hour and will include a 5-10 minute warm up, 45-50 minutes of cardio and strength training, and a 5 minute cool down with stretches. The sessions are broken down into ability levels (blue, red and green) of around 15 people per instructor – so we welcome anyone from fitness rookies to exercise veterans to give it a go!
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
- Go to britmilfit.com to find your nearest venue and register for your free session.
- Turn up at your local park for your free session.
- Speak to your instructor after the class and get signed up to one of our no-commitment packages.
