Swindon Youth Voice is finally here, funded by the National Lottery.
Youth Voice will run free workshops, discussions, and creative activities, all designed to empower young people to grow in confidence, gain skills, and feel able to make a difference to the world around them. The workshops will be for those aged 11-16 and 17-25.

VAS will oversee the whole project, including developing policies and procedures, coordinating recruitment and managing project reporting. VAS has extensive experience in bringing organisations together and coordinating projects with a community focus.
SMASH has over 20 years’ experience in 1-2-1 and group mentoring. Their aim is to help young people to flourish through building their confidence and resilience. SMASH will bring their professional mentoring skills to enable the project to work positively with young people, whatever their starting point.
S&G Mind will run 5-week programmes for young people who may need extra support. The aim of the programme will be to provide support and skills to enable the young people to feel more empowered to join the other sessions being offered.
Mike Read Associates is a small consultancy based in Wiltshire. They will lead the development, training and implementation of systems and processes for monitoring, learning and evaluating the project activities.
National Lottery players raise over £30 million a week. The distributes a share of this to projects to support people and communities to prosper and thrive.
